By installing and using the Agora Feeds application ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by PELAGOS ("Company", "we", "us").
Agora Feeds is a Shopify application that generates XML product feeds for marketplace platforms including Skroutz, BestPrice, Glami, and Shopflix. The Service accesses your Shopify store data to generate these feeds.
You must have an active Shopify store to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. You grant us permission to access your store's product data as needed to generate feeds.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the Service, using it to distribute malicious content, or violating any applicable laws.
While we strive to generate accurate feeds, the Service depends on your Shopify store data. You are responsible for ensuring your product data is accurate and complete. We are not liable for feed rejections by marketplaces due to incomplete or incorrect product data.
Billing is handled through Shopify's billing system. Plan pricing is displayed on our pricing page. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Charges begin after any applicable free trial period.
You may uninstall the Service at any time through your Shopify admin. Upon uninstallation, your feeds will stop being generated and feed URLs will become inactive. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales or marketplace listing issues.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
