This Privacy Policy describes how PELAGOS ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information through the Agora Feeds application ("Service").
When you install Agora Feeds, we access the following data from your Shopify store:
We do not collect personal customer data from your store. We do not access order, customer, or payment information.
Your store data is used solely to generate XML product feeds for the marketplaces you configure. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.
Product feed data is stored on secure servers. Feed data is refreshed hourly and previous versions are not retained beyond what is necessary for the Service to function.
Your product data is included in the XML feeds which are accessible via the feed URLs you submit to marketplaces. These URLs are not publicly listed — only you and the marketplaces you share them with have access.
When you uninstall the Service, we delete your store data and all generated feeds within 30 days. Action logs may be retained for up to 90 days for debugging purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure server infrastructure.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Uninstalling the app will trigger automatic data deletion.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Shopify admin or email.
