Agora Feeds connects your Shopify store to Greek marketplaces by generating compliant XML product feeds. This guide walks you through setup.

Installation

  1. Install Agora Feeds from the Shopify App Store
  2. Approve the required permissions
  3. You'll be redirected to the Agora dashboard

Feed Setup

From the dashboard, select the marketplace you want to create a feed for. Agora will generate the XML feed URL that you submit to the marketplace.

Steps

  1. Click "Create Feed" and select a marketplace
  2. Configure which products to include (all or by collection)
  3. Review the generated feed URL
  4. Submit the URL to the marketplace

Feeds are regenerated automatically every hour. No manual action needed after initial setup.

Custom Mappings

Each marketplace requires specific product attributes. Agora maps your Shopify fields automatically, but you can override any mapping.

Common mappings

  • Product title — defaults to Shopify title
  • Category — map to marketplace taxonomy
  • Brand / Manufacturer — map from vendor or metafield
  • EAN / Barcode — map from barcode or metafield
  • Availability — auto-detected from inventory

Supported Marketplaces

Skroutz

Greece's largest price comparison engine. Requires XML feed with product details, pricing, availability, and shipping info.

BestPrice

Price comparison platform. Similar feed structure to Skroutz with some field differences.

Glami

Fashion-focused marketplace. Requires category mapping to Glami's fashion taxonomy.

Shopflix

Multi-category marketplace. Requires product feeds with detailed specifications.

FAQ

How often are feeds updated?

Feeds are regenerated automatically every hour. Changes to products, inventory, and prices in Shopify are reflected in the next hourly cycle.

Can I use multiple marketplaces at once?

Yes. On the Full Feeds plan, you can generate feeds for all supported marketplaces simultaneously.

What if a marketplace rejects my feed?

Check the Action Log for any errors. Common issues include missing required fields (like EAN) or incorrect category mappings. Use Custom Mappings to fix these.

Do I need to manually update feeds?

No. Once configured, Agora handles everything automatically. Feeds update hourly without any manual intervention.
